My books feature elements of low fantasy and magical realism, seamlessly embedded in romantic fiction. I take a multi-disciplinary approach to world-building, drawing on mythology, history and folklore to craft believable characters and rich, immersive settings.

I have a soft spot for villains who are not so terrible, and heroes who are flawed. People are complex, and few of us are entirely perfect or entirely unredeemable. If we were, the stories wouldn’t be as compelling.
